Duncan Grindley
Duncan John Grindley, born in September 1965, is the Managing Director of Cambridge Electrical Services Ltd and Cambridge EV Points Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Duncan has been instrumental in delivering fast, friendly, and competitive services to a diverse clientele in the Cambridge area. Under his leadership, Cambridge Electrical Services Ltd has established a reputation for excellence, catering to both large and small customers. The company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction reflects Duncan’s dedication to his craft and the community he serves.
Recognising the growing importance of sustainable energy solutions, Duncan expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits by founding Cambridge EV Points Ltd. Appointed as Director on April 21, 2020, he has been at the forefront of promoting electric vehicle infrastructure in the region, helping businesses and homeowners transition to greener transportation options.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Duncan is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys skiing, sailing, hiking, squash, and tennis, activities that allow him to challenge himself physically while appreciating nature and adventure. His passion for an active lifestyle reflects his energetic approach to both work and leisure.
Duncan is also committed to charitable causes. In 2023, he participated in the Pier 2 Pier Norfolk walk to raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, demonstrating his dedication to giving back to the community.

Sean Kennelly
Sean has been with the company since 2019 and began his career as an apprentice Electrician in 1984. He brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked in many different environments over the years.
Outside of work, he enjoys DIY projects, Formula One and cares for stray cats, in addition to owning one of his own.
Theresa Froment
Theresa brings over 30 years of administrative experience to CES, having worked in both the private and public sectors. The latter part of her career was spent as part of the Senior Management Team for a medium-sized electrical testing company. Theresa’s wealth of knowledge and leadership skills ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day administration at CES.
Her broad skill set spans across organizational efficiency and strategic operations, and her dedication to excellence and ability to adapt to evolving business needs make her a vital part of the team.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys the outdoor life, yoga, fitness, cooking, and socializing with friends and family.
